Interplast offers a variety of Extruded PTFE rectangular bar
in
thickness from 1/4" to 1-1/2" in continuous lengths up to 20
feet.
 PTFE
bars are used in multiple applications including guide rails, conveyor
systems, wear strips and wiper blades. PTFE is a beneficial material in
areas where
anti-stick and self-lubricating conditions are required.
PTFE bars
demonstrate excellent chemical resistance, extremely low coefficient of
friction and function well in
temperature environments from -400°F to + 500°F.
PTFE bars
are available with fillers that reinforce and improve the properties
for custom applications and are often fabricated to specific customer
needs.
